Welcome to AES

For almost 40 years the Anglo European School (AES) has been committed to achieving the highest academic success through its distinct International Dimension, which impacts on its Key Stage 3, GCSE, A-Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) provision.

AES was the first state school in Britain to offer the IB Diploma (1977) and the IB Career-related Certificate (2010) and the first such school to become a Language College (1995). The school is a centre of excellence for language learning.

The quality of our International Sixth Form was judged outstanding in our 2011 OFSTED.
